As a Notarial Officer aimed at providing superior service to clients and customers through integrity in the fight against fraud, Shane Duncan is passionate about his work, providing the public with a satisfactory service incomparable to others.

As a member of the National Notary Association, Shane is on a mission to excel in notarizations, taking on the knowledge of an expired trade organization to better serve the public. He holds a NNA Notary Essentials Certificate of Completion from said organization and is currently a background checked Certified Loan Signing Agent with said organization.

In addition to being a Notarial Officer of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York, Shane Duncan is a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams City Views Realty, a prominent real estate company based in Fort Lee, Rutherford, and Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey, with an additional office located in New York City, New York.

As a licensed Realtor® in the Garden State, Shane Duncan is a member of the Greater Bergen Realtors® located in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, where he currently serves on the association’s Young Professionals Network Committee, the Global Business Council Committee, the Government and Legislative Affairs Committee, the Professional Development Committee, and by formerly serving as a member of the MLS Users Committee (prominently known as the NJMLS).

Shane’s involvement within his real estate career also extends to the state level, where, as a current member of New Jersey Realtors® headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey, he currently serves as a member on the state association’s Young Professionals Network Committee as well as the New Jersey Realtors® Bylaws Committee. Shane is also a member of the National Association of Realtors® headquartered in Washington, D.C. There, Shane Duncan meets annually to discuss business with prominent Realtors® and Legislators in Washington, D.C.

Shane’s involvement extends outside of the industrial sphere, taking on a more significant role through advocacy in order to produce an extended impact around the globe. This outside involvement is accomplished by working with and being a current member of the United Nations Association of the United States of America, where the advocacy for peace around the globe is greatly promoted.
