Shane Duncan is a Notarial Officer (also known as a Notary Public) commissioned within the State of New York and New Jersey to serve the public by providing said public with all notarial acts authorized by the State of New York and New Jersey in addition to other services.

ACCESSING THE BUSINESS ADDRESS

STEP 1: SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SHANE DUNCAN NOTARIAL SERVICES.

To access the location, you must first give notice of your interest in needing and requiring notarial services. You may make a request in one of the following ways:

1.) By making a phone call to the office phone number at (212) 220-6996.

2.) By making a phone call to my mobile phone number at (862) 409-4891.

3.) By sending an email directly to shaneduncannotarialservices@gmail.com.

4.) By filling out a contact form by clicking on the “Contact Me” tab above.

5.) By scheduling an appointment below or by clicking on the “Schedule Appointment” tab above.

6.) By reaching out through other means, such as through social media, Google, Yelp, etc.

STEP 2: MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE BUILDING AND THE SECURITY CHECK-IN AREA.

After requesting an appointment, you must have an identification card on hand before entering the building.

You must enter through the door on Vesey Street. Once inside, you’ll find the stairs leading to the security check-in area on your left. Please proceed to the security check-in area after taking the stairs.

After walking to the check-in area, you will be asked to state your reason for appearing. When asked who you are here to see, you may state, “Shane Duncan Notarial Services, located on the 85th floor.”

You will also be asked to present your identification card. All items you bring with you will be checked at the security check-in area.

PLEASE REFAIN FROM BRINGING IN LARGE ITEMS TO AVOID DELAYS IN YOUR APPOINTMENT MEETING! APPOINTMENTS WILL BE RESCHEDULED IF DELAYS TAKE PLACE OVER FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES.

STEP 3: TAKE THE ELEVATORS TO THE 85TH FLOOR.

Make your way to the elevators after getting through the security check-in area. The first set of elevators will take you to the 65th floor. When ready, push the “SKY LOBBY” button to be taken to the 65th floor.

Once on the 65th floor, you must make your way around the hallway to take the elevators to the 85th floor. When ready, push the “85” button, and you will be taken to the 85th floor.

STEP 4: MEET SHANE AT THE RECEPTIONIST’S DESK.

Once on the 85th floor, if I am not already there to greet you, you may make your way over to the receptionist desk on your left. Once at the receptionist desk, you may state that you are here to see “Shane Duncan” or “Shane Duncan Notarial Services.” At that point, you may have a set in the lobby until I arrive. DON’T FORGET TO ENJOY THE VIEW!

Our meeting will take place in the area shown in this image. Please have ready your identification card that has not been expired for more than three (3) years. Please bring at least two (2) other forms of identification.
