i.) Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Such information includes your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, information found on government-issued identifications, and other contact details.

 

ii.) Transactional Information. Information related to notarization services, such as document details (without collecting sensitive content).

 

iii.) Payment Information. Payment method details, such as credit card and debit card information. A secure, third-party payment processor, such as Square, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or some other payment processor, may be utilized to collect said payment methods.

 

iv.) Digital Information. Such digital information the Company may collect includes your IP address, browser type, access times, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies when you visit the Company Website.

v.) Establish a Book of Business. To use your information on other platforms to conduct other business matters and establish a detailed book of business.

 

vi.) Expand Communication. To communicate with you about your notarial services or inquiries.

 

vii.) Improve Functionality. To improve the functionality of the Company Website, its user experience, and customer service experience.

 

viii.) Establish Proper Accounting. To process payments for Company services through secured third-party processors.

 

xi.) Adhere to Government Laws. To respond to legal inquiries and comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and lawful requests from governmental authorities.
